the totally wasted potential of downtown. and i don't mean to big developers - why can't cc downtown hold more small service businesses like eateries and night-time fun? hey, pretty soon you'd have more tourists than just the boring families that get suckered in. you might actually get someone that comes and says "hey, this is fun!" and they truly mean it.
To add to what W said...one of the comments here is proof that race is still an issue with people Corpus Christi.
